I ask, "Was it like a bomb, by gas, how?" "I don't know," she says, "it was like the day after." "Were you peaceful?" "I was nonchalant." "Was it barren?" "Half and half," she sighs, in her persistent and firm, demanding way, "What does it mean?" What DOES it mean? This subconscious tunnel of hers. I tell her she needs
to come to peace with something inside herself.
I am a 26 year old blue eyed writer living in the California Desert where I am stimulated by the magical mountains, Greek food, frequent trips to the beach, dirt bike riding, punk rock concerts, Billy Corgan's lyrics, my little goddess daughter and continually searching for the answer to heal humanity's bleeding psyche. My work has appeared in Alternative Arts and Literature and Desert Post Weekly. I am currently at work on an illustrative series titled "Girls of the Hundred Proof Bordello Define Desire".
