The actors, on the other hand, are in a state of mind where they easily take the situation they are in for granted, and it's just not as big a deal for them as it is for you.
Penis Enlargement
So the popular opinion to arise in recent years out of the widespread of commercial porn regarding penis enlargement is that women want a man with a bigger penis. But not just a bigger penis, they want a two-feet-long, six-inch-thick super-python penis. What's interesting is that it's not women who have created this myth, but instead it's men, always competitive, always in a race to prove their masculinity over one another since the beginning of time. Look at the sport of bodybuilding? Tune in to ESPN for a heavyweight competition and you'll see some seriously musclebound competitors, so big nowadays they even put The Incredible Hulk to shame, green-painted Lou Ferrigno when he had his hay-day on television in the early eighties. In their minds, many of these musclebound men can only feel confident if they far outsize the average man around them. In regards to relationships with women, these men are unknowingly shooting themselves in the foot because women can intuitively sense their low self confidence - or on the opposite end, super ego. (Of course, a small minority of these men are in it for the money, which is a different story all together.)
Increasing Penis Size
We're opening up with these paragraphs in an attempt to give you a psychological edge in your pursuit of a bigger penis, and in the end sexually fulfilling relations with women. You may not want to admit it, but right now you're just not comfortable with the size of your penis, which has fueled a lowering in your self-confidence. And this is understandable, as it's one of man's most common anxieties in modern life, except for the minority out their who actually are hung to above average proportions. (In many cases, being hung to above average proportions seriously hurts a guy's sexual performance and ability to "get it up," which in turn fuels a lowering in the guy's self confidence. Does size matter?
Really - does size matter? To give yourself the psychological edge mentioned above (before we actually get into the task of increasing penis-size), you need to come to terms with what's driving you to want to increase your penis-size in the first place (which we've already discussed but bares repeating anyway). What's driving you is your imagination fueled by popular myth regarding large shlongs because of the widespread of commercial porn. Back in the 1600's, do you think the Pilgrims were worried about the size of their shlongs?... No - this is a modern day ailment. It's psychological, and once you realize this you'll be on the road to much greater self-confidence and sexual freedom, because you won't have to worry about not fulfilling a woman sexually, a common anxiety of the average man in today's society.
Want an example of the psychological ailments going on? Look at young teenage girls that starve themselves, often going without food and proper nutrition until they end up in the hospital and are being force fed. They end up like this because of the bombardment of the ideal female model, tall and usually skinny,
plastered on billboards, magazine covers, and bathing suit posters, setting up an ideal that most girls physiologically can't live up to. Everyone realizes it, except for these girls, who should, but have been psychologically programmed not to. See the relation.
Before we go any farther, here's some important information which will help you see a much bigger picture in the scheme of things:
How big is the average penis?
Rodale Books - publisher of the popular magazine, Men's Health - surveyed over a thousand women in research for an article, asking the age old question, "Does size really matter?" Overwhelmingly, the majority replied that it did not - what mattered was whether or not A GUY COULD SUSTAIN AN ERECTION THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF SEX. This is almost a common sense response based on the fact that findings were also documented in the medical-science field (findings which were later published in the magazines mentioned above) reporting that only the first one-third of a woman's vagina matters in terms of intercourse, as it possesses the most nerve endings, and there is little or no feeling anything deeper. The same Men's Health article went on to ask women what their thoughts were of a guy hung to a length of nine inches. The response the popular magazine reported: "Ouch!"
Another key finding documented in these articles was that on average, the majority of men's penises are surprisingly similar in size when in states of full erection. What does this mean? It means that just because a guy has a lengthy penis when not erect, doesn't mean that it's longer or bigger when erect than another guy's penis that's a lot smaller when not erect.
With all this said, we can now get on with the psychological edge. The psychological edge is this: You now know that men with large shlongs are in the definite minority, most women are used to sleeping with "average" guys, and it's your exposure to commercialized porn and the common exhibition of porn stars with large shlongs that has mislead you into believing that large shlongs are the majority and the length of your average-sized shlong is in the minority. (In addition to the exposure to commercial porn, mainstream Hollywood has stepped in to fuel the large shlong myth with films such as Boogie Nights, where towards the end actor Mark Wahlberg straps on a rubber penis to give movie goers the impression that he has a super long shlong - Read the July, 2000 issue of GQ Magazine - Wahlberg's on the cover!)
As far as being sexually fulfilling where a woman is concerned, remember that it's the first one-third of vaginal penetration that counts for the most. Not the deeper, nether regions.
And in terms of overall penis-size (regardless of race, another popular myth for the most part), you're not competing with the nine-inch wonder you've come to know from commercial pornography, YOU'RE COMPETING WITH THE AVERAGE GUY WHO MEASURES IN AT ABOUT SIX INCHES. Sometimes five inches. Sometimes seven inches. And so the exercises that this special report covers are aimed at giving you an edge over the average guy. These are exercises which will:

Introducing The Art of Natural Penis Enlargement
The art of natural penis enlargement is very similar to body building. Body building is based on a simple process of "breaking" down muscle tissue (cells) through physical exhertion and then letting it heal, only to break it down again through more physical exhertion. In natural penis enlargement, however, it's not a matter of breaking down muscle cells, instead you're going for cell expansion in both the outside skin and interior tissue of the penis. In body building, the body responds to the breaking down of muscle cells by producing more muscle cells - in natural penis enlargement the body doesn't produce more cells (these aren't muscles cells you're working with), it only expands the tissue cells you do have.
Look at your penis as if it's a balloon:
When air is forced into a balloon, it grows in size, the cells making up the balloon stretching out to accomodate the influx of air. In natural penis enlargement, you're using blood to force an expansion in the tissue cells. Overtime these tissue cells stretch out, loosing their elasticity (they've gone through a process of expansion so many times that they no longer shrink back to their original size) and now you've achieved "permanent" results.

NATURAL PENIS ENLARGEMENT IS REAL.
With the exercises that follow, you’re going to develop the large, thick, muscular penis you’ve always wanted. In addition, you're going to experience increased blood circulation throughout the penis and testicles, which will benefit you more than just simple size and width gains. Penile health is very important - as you age, your penis and sex drive undergo a process that inhibits both in function, becoming worse the older that you get. You can easily remedy this otherwise inevitable problem by exercising your penis regularly. Similar to an unfit heart that doesn't receive regular aerobic exercise, if you're penis is not properly exercised you will lose size as you age, along with sex drive. All men lose penis size as they age - the average man loses about 1/2 an inch in length by the age of fifty, compared to the size he possesed in his late teens and early twenties. It doesn't have to be this way.
THE WARM-UP
In body building, a workout routine begins with a "warm-up". The reason for the warm-up is to pump blood into the muscle tissue, warming it in preperation for the workout that eventually tears it down. Without the warm-up, the muscle tissue is considered "cold" and is subject to injury due to what can amount to excessive tearing. Regarding your penis, it's not excessive tearing that you're worried about, but excessive expansion. So it's a good idea to begin an enlargement routing with a warm-up. In addition, when cold, tissue cells aren't willing to expand as much as when already warm.
Two popular methods for warming up the penis are the Hot Wrap and Hot Bath. The Hot Wrap is achieved by soaking a small towel in hot water, then wrapping it around the penis shaft and head, holding it in place for a period of five minutes. The Hot Bath, on the other hand, is simply immersing your body in a tub of hot water for a similar duration of time.
We begin with a general overview of an exercise used by many male actors in commerical pornagraphy to increase penis size. Take heart - most of these guys aren't naturals!
THE "SQUEEZE & PULL" TECHNIQUE
Using a petroleum based lubricant, such as Vaseline, stimulate yourself to a partial erection. This exercise doesn't work with a full erection - steel doesn't stretch and inflate; rubber does. Place yourself in a position where your back is straight (as if your "at attention") and you're seated close to the edge of a chair. If your testicles dangle just above the chair edge, you're in a good position. Gravity will aid in forcing excess blood into the penis. Next, form an "O.K." symbol with the thumb and index finger of each hand. . .
What's commonly thought of as a milking motion, you're going to use both hands in a squeeze-and-pull stroke - one after the other - squeezing blood from the base of the penis shaft up into the head. The head of the penis will expand with each motion, which is what you're going for with this exercise. Each hand will take turns "squeezing and pulling". As excess blood is pumped throughout the penile tissue, not only do you experience cell expansion in the tissue and outer skin, but you also experience it in the veins that carry blood throughout the penis. Over time, and as commonly seen in body builders, the excess blood will also increase the size of the veins in your penis, which then are able to pump more blood throughout the shaft and head.
If the head of your penis doesn't seem to expand when doing this exercise, more than likely you're not using enough force. In contrast, if the head is expanding, but the expansion causes pain, you're using too much force. Gauge the exercise by aiming somewhere in the comfortable middle.
Included is a scale you can use as a guideline to follow during the course of natural penis enlargement. You'll find it very easy to refer to: Using a measurement of one to ten - with "one" representing no feeling and "ten" representing pain, the scale reflects a progression from what could be thought of as "beginner" to "expert".

WEEK ONE -

Referring to the "Level of Force" scale above, aim for a "2" Day 1 (your first workout). Take it easy - your penis has never been subject to this kind of treatment and you're going to realize this.
As the first few days pass you'll steadily increase in the time duration of the exercise and also the level of force used with each squeeze-and-pull motion.

Tiny reddish bumps may appear in the head from slight bruising, but this is normal and usually disappears within a short amount of time.

In the routine below the time has been increased to 30 minutes, and throughout the process in future weeks this is the maximum length of time you'll ever spend.

Week Four reflects a six days on, one day off routine that you should follow until you've achieved your desired results. In the end, once you're comfortable with the gains that you've achieved you'll be able to cut down to as little as ten minutes a day, three days a week. As in body building, you need to continue these lighter levels of workouts to maintain the results. By now, however, natural penis enlargement will have become an easy routine for you; like those who practice regular physical fitness it may become something where you actually look forward to each workout (just don't tell your friends!).

NATURAL PENIS ENLARGEMENT - HELPFUL HINTS
- Look at your first workout (exercise) as an opportunity to perfect the squeeze & pull technique (milking motion). As with any exercise, you won't get results if you do it wrong. Make sure that you're using the proper form.
- As the early days and weeks progress, you'll discover that variations in the speed of your stroke will not only make the workout less boring, but will also, for the most part, reflect the level of force you're using (the slower you go, the easier it is to maintain a higher level of force).
- As a part of penis enlargement, these workouts will increase blood circulation, promoting health in the nerves, tissue, and veins. The increased blood circulation will also improve the sensitivity and sensation in your erection, at the same time making it rock-hard when erect.
- Like any other organ or muscle in your body, the size and health of your penis (with consistent and moderate exercise) can be definitely improved upon. In the end, using these natural penis enlargement techniques commonly practised by male actors in commercial porn, you now have the ability to keep your penis in tip-top size and shape for many years to come.
- After a few weeks of vigorous exercise, to further increase benefits, and at the same time help prevent yourself from "burning out" (a psychological concept arisen from the sport of body building, which basically means that you're bored and want to give up), you should consider using what we call Advanced Squeeze & Pull Techniques, covered next. The second, and commonly preached in body building, is to change your exercise routine suddenly, which, in body building, "shocks" the body into continued changes.
Tissue cells adapt to outside influences - example: growth of muscle tissue due to repeated physical exertion - but once the tissue becomes accustomed to outside influences, it stops adapting. In natural penis enlargement, tissue cells adapt to the increased blood circulation by expanding. A certain point is reached, though, when the tissue cells stop expanding, and this is when they have become accustomed to the increased blood circulation. This can be fixed by simply using more force or prolonging the time of the exercise, or both. However more effective methods, as follows next, are to use variations in the exercise.
ADVANCED SQUEEZE & PULL TECHNIQUES
Representing a more "expert" approach, advanced squeeze & pull techniques will increase the positive side effects of natural penis enlargement exercises by producing even more blood circulation. This is important to overall penile health, especially as you get older. Weak erections - or worse, periods of impotence - are caused by poor blood circulation in the penis. As proper blood circulation is important to the health of your vital organs, so it is to your penile region. A common ailment of aging and/or poor health is decreased blood circulation to the penis; over time penile tissue slowly weakens and even shrinks. Sensation is lost during intercourse and eventually a guy is no longer capable of an erection. This is considered impotence.
Advanced squeeze & pull techniques - when performed properly - force increased amounts of blood - more so than regular squeeze & pull exercise - throughout the penile tissue, improving even more on circulation and eventually the overall health of your penis.
Similar to the first method of squeeze & pull, the advanced techniques are performed sitting on the edge of a chair with a petroleum based lubricant and preceded by a proper warm-up, such as the Hot Wrap or Hot Bath. Once your penis has gone through a warm-up, it's now ready for advanced techniques of squeeze & pull.
Start by performing the first method of squeeze & pull for a period of ten minutes, focusing on feeling the tissue in the shaft and head expand with each motion. The cells in the penile tissue are experiencing a "light" expansion, compared to what you're about to put them through with the advanced techniques, which are going to force an even greater degree of cell expansion.
Referring back to the "Level of Force" chart we included as a guideline, you're shooting for a "9", or as much force as you can manage without causing any pain. With your first hand, squeeze & pull for a count of three seconds. Once you've reached the base of the head, hold the blood in the head for an additional count of three seconds. Watch and feel the head of your penis expand. Repeat the motion with your other hand, again slowly for a count of three, and again maintaining a tight squeeze for an additional three seconds once you've reached the base of the head.
The greatest aspect of this exercise is its intense focus on the head, which is the area of the penis commonly used as a measurement of penis circumference. It is the first thing a woman feels entering her vagina to start off intercourse. If the average penis is 5.2 inches in circumference, and a "large" penis is considered 6 inches in circumference, just think what your partner is in for when suddenly you produce a penis 6.5 inches in circumference! Again, this isn't going to happen overnight. Even though you'll see results like this during workouts a few weeks into the routine, it's going to take actual months to achieve a similar size outside of workouts.
What follows is a listing of variations of Advanced Squeeze & Pull Techniques. This will give you an idea of what it takes to change your exercise routine from time to time to avoid psychological and physical "burn out".
VARIATIONS
Using the first method of squeeze & pull, work your penis for a period of minutes, then move into the Advanced Squeeze & Pull where you're counting to three in two steps of each motion. Go for a period of minutes, reverting back to the first method when the time is up. Go at the first method once again - when the time period ends, move back into the Advanced Squeeze & Pull for one last period of minutes. Do you see what you're doing? You're going for one method of exercise for a short time, then stopping and immediately starting another method of exercise. Then you're repeating.
Listed below are popular variations that you should consider using as you become more advanced in natural penis enlargement in the weeks/months ahead:

THE POWER STRETCH - AN INTRODUCTION
Natural Penis Enlargement isn't a new concept. Many tribal civilizations in cultures past considered the penis a sign of manhood. In some of these same cultures a large penis symbolized status and so it became a common practice of the men to pursue methods that would enlarge their penises. One of the most common methods that made its way down through the centuries was the practice of hanging weights (rocks, etc.) from the penis. A man would stand upright, a noose tied around the head of his penis with attached weights pulling down until they dangled only inches above the ground.
The use of weights is still a popular concept of today - many companies sell weights as a means to attain natural penis enlargement. While it would seem like a rather simple and safe concept, it is actually a dangerous concept because the noose that you tie around the head of your penis is just that - a noose. It cuts off circulation to the head of the penis, eventually damaging/destroying nerve and tissue cells, which sometimes results in amputation of the penis.
That's not good!
Even though it has its risks, some men are still willing to take chances. This is because it is a highly effective method at lengthening the penis. Not only does it maintain a constant pull on the penile tissue, but it also exerts a pull on the central tendon-like tissue, which for the most part maximizes penis size in a state of erection. While the squeeze & pull methods do have a stretching effect on the central tendon-like tissue, weight hanging has it even more so.
Weight hanging will only lengthen and not thicken. In many cases men who prescribe to the practice of hanging weights will usually come out with a worm-like appearance in their penis. Long and skinny, for the most part.
"The Power Stretch", as soon follows, is an exercise incorporating your hand that simulates the act of hanging weights, but without the risk of dangerous side effects. To understand how it works, picture the central tendon-like tissue in your penis as an extremely thick rubber band. With continues stretching this central tendon-like tissue will eventually lengthen; some men's central tendon-like tissues are more elastic than other men's, which explains why some penises in a flaccid (soft) state are longer than others in similar flaccid states. Over time with continuous stretching, the central tendon-like tissue looses elasticity. So not only does the central tendon-like tissue now allow the penis to reach a longer measurement when erect, it also maintains less of an elastic pull when in a flaccid state. Bottomline: Your penis will now hang down longer when not erect.
THE POWER STRETCH - THE EXERCISE
After performing a proper warm-up, dry off the penis completetly and do not begin the exercise until it is in a flaccid state. Grip the end of the penis with your hand and pull outward, picturing the central tendon-like tissue stretching in length, similar to a rubber band when pulled upon. If you find that it's hard to maintain a grip, apply baby powder to the end of your penis to help remove excess moisture. This does the trick everytime.
This exercise is performed in a series of sets, with each set exherting more pull(force) than the prior set. With your flaccid penis stretched to its limit, hold this stretch for a count of thirty seconds. Next, release your hold and let your penis rest for a few moments to allow circulation to return. While it's resting, perform a light massage to the shaft and head. This is where use of The Power Stretch proves more safe than weight hanging because it allows you to take repeated, brief rests to allow circulation to return to the penis through light massage.
Continue this routine for a total of ten sets the first day that you use the The Power Stretch exercise.
Over successive days and weeks, gradually increase the time that you hold the stretch up to sixty seconds, at the same time increasing the number of sets that you perform. A succesful stretch routine can run anywhere from five to twenty minutes. By gauging the amount of pull you exhert on your penis you'll learn to read how much is called for each time you workout. Used in conjunction with the squeeze & pull methods previously covered, you will be on your way to a much longer and thicker penis in no time.

PART II - PC FLEXES
Also known as "Kegels", this is an excercise that has proven to become an important element of penile health. LOCATING THE PC MUSCLE
